This link will run a program that will give Parhelion temporary access to your computer. It will enable us to see your desktop and take control of your computer in order to diagnose and fix any problems.
To allow us to connect to your computer, follow the following steps.
Click <HERE>
You will be prompted with something similar to:
Select "Run" and you will then be prompted with something like:
Click "Run" on this screen and you might see something like:
You should eventually get the following prompt:
At this point click on the numerical address to highlight it, then press "OK"
You're screen should flicker as our computer connects to it.
